At Luxe Testers, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We offer a 2-day check warranty on all purchases. Please read our return and refund policy below:

Check Warranty

You have 2 days from the date of delivery to inspect your item(s). If you find the product to be damaged, broken, or not functioning properly, you are eligible for a return and a full refund.

Conditions for Return

• The product must be in unused condition.

• You must notify us of the issue within 2 days of receiving the product by contacting our support team via WhatsApp or email, with photos or video proof of the damage.

Refund Process

Once the return is approved:

• You will be asked to send the product back to our return address.

• After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will issue a full refund via bank transfer within 3-5 business days.
