Shipping policy

Orders are processed within 4–5 business days (Mon–Fri). You'll receive a WhatsApp/SMS notification with your tracking number once your order is dispatched.

Couriers: We ship via PostEx and Leopards Courier across Pakistan.

Estimated Delivery

• Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi: 3-4 business days
• Karachi & other major cities: 4-5 business days
• Remote areas: 4–7 business days

Shipping Charges: Flat rate shown at checkout. Free shipping available on qualifying orders. COD available in select cities.

Damaged or Lost Orders: Report any damage within 24 hours of delivery with photos via WhatsApp. If your parcel is lost, we'll arrange a replacement or store credit.

Failed Deliveries: Please ensure your address and contact number are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses or refusal to accept the parcel.
